Course Overview
This educational series provides a comprehensive, evidence‑based framework for safe and effective pain management, opioid prescribing, and the identification and treatment of opioid use disorder across clinical settings. Participants will explore alternatives to opioids, appropriate indications and risks of opioid therapy, the role of buprenorphine in pain and OUD, practical implementation of MOUD in primary care, and best practices for tapering opioids and benzodiazepines. Emphasis is placed on patient‑centered care, risk mitigation, shared decision‑making, and alignment with current clinical guidelines.

Objectives
